This year's Newcastle Community Green Festival will be happening in the usual place, Leazes Park on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of June.

NE1fm will be at the festival all weekend, recording and (hopefully!) broadcasting live from the event itself!

We'll be recording material from all of the stages, some will be broadcast on NE1fm over the weekend.

For the first 2 weeks (11th June onwards), Monday-Friday 6-7pm and 11pm-12am we will be playing material collected at the event. So, if you weren't there, had to leave early; or simply want to hear it again, you'll have plenty of opportunities!

If you're there, have a look for people wearing NE1fm T-shirts - say hello, perhaps do a quick interview (if they're carrying equipment) or find out more about us. We're sorry, but we won't be able to let anyone visit our studio onsite, as it's in the depths of security land, for obvious reasons!

It's guaranteed to be a great weekend, so get yourselves down!
